I'm a qualified yoga teacher with over 570 hours of advanced training and more than five years of experience teaching both beginners and regular practitioners. My classes blend a range of styles, some slow and restorative, others more dynamic and physically challenging, so there's something to suit everyone!
I teach weekly group sessions in Sedgley on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, and Saturday mornings, offering a regular space to build your practice. I also run monthly special event classes, which are a chance to go deeper or explore something a little different.
We're a friendly group and always welcome new students looking to better their mental health and mobility.
Whether you're just starting out or looking to expand your existing practice, my approach is adaptable and grounded in experience.
All classes are an hour unless stated.

Classes are £8.00 per person and new students are required to pay upfront via BACS to secure their place. I will also ask you to fill in a 'new student form' just so I am aware of anything that could affect your time on the mat.

All equipment is provided for students use, if you wish to bring your own mat you are welcome to do so as many of my other students do this also.
No fancy clothing is required only comfortable clothes to ensure you're happy moving around the mat. This can be as simple as leggings, jogging bottoms, shorts and a t shirt. Please bring some water with you.
